Sónia Silva has been a member of the ANJE governing bodies since January 2017, when she became an alternate member of the Supervisory Board.
She is a partner and manager of SSFR Apoio ao Desenvolvimento Profissional, whose core business is support for business and professional development through the enhancement of human resources, professional training and the provision of consultancy services. She is also a managing partner of Inside Gourmet, a tea room that creates unique teas, focusing on health and well-being. She also works as a specialised consultant in Marketing, Communication and Management at ZTLM Consultores, Lda., a company specialising in providing support for Company Management in the areas of Accounting, Outsourcing, Taxation, Human Resources Management, Management Consultancy, business monitoring, arranging financing, consultancy and negotiation on national and international markets.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, a Postgraduate and Master’s degree in Company Management and is doing her PhD in Company Management. She also has technical training in Occupational Safety and Hygiene and is a researcher at the Universidade de Évora Centre for Studies and Advanced Training in Management and Economics (CEFAGE-UE) and at RIQUA – Quality Researchers Network.
