Martim Andresen Guedes has been the chairman of the ANJE General Meeting since January 2017.
He has been a Director of the Aveleda group since April 2007, with responsibility for Finance, Marketing, the Commercial area and Human Resources. A family group known for its wine company that leads the regional market in vinho verde, Aveleda SA is one of the biggest wine producers in Portugal and annually exports more than half its production to over 70 countries all around the world.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Company Management and Finance (1995 to 2000) from IESF – Instituto de Estudos Superiores Financeiros e Fiscais and an MBA in Business Management with Specialisation in Marketing (ESADE Barcelona, 2007). He also did a Financial Asset Management Course (1999) at Espaço Atlântico – Financial Training. Between 2000 and 2002, he was a Financial Consultant at the Banco Central de Investimento’s Investor Network in Porto. Then, until 2006, he was at BPI Fundos, where he was in charge of the pension fund and third-party fund management team. He took on the duties of Consumer Analysis and Marketing Director in the Aveleda group from 2007 to 2009, when he became a director of the group.
