Hugo Serra Lopes has been on the National Board of ANJE since January 2017. He is in charge of the Alentejo Sector of the Association. He was also on the previous National Board of ANJE (between 2013 and 2017).
He has been the managing director of António Serra Construções Lda since 1997. The company’s business is focused on the building industry and also works in real estate promotion, import and export of building material, as well as management consultancy in these areas, both nationally and internationally.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Técnica de Lisboa.
