Hugo Belchior has been a member of the governing bodies of ANJE since January 2017. He is an alternate secretary of the Association’s General Meeting.
Founder and CEO of Belpac and Bwizer. The first, set up in 2006, is a company working in the physiotherapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy sectors, with an innovative focus on home visits. The second, launched in 2008, is a company specialising in advanced training for health and sport professionals. Its invoicing has increased tenfold over the last four years.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, but decided to change the direction of his career early on. This led him to do his MBA at Porto Business School, which he left to join Optimus, part of the Sonae group. After more than two years as project manager and commercial manager, he resigned so that he could make an old dream come true: to be an entrepreneur. At the age of 25, he launched Belpac and, two years later, he founded Bwizer.
