Catarina Carvalho has been a member of the governing bodies of ANJE since January 2017. She is the permanent secretary of the Association’s General Meeting.
She is the founder and CEO of CATARI Not Absolute handcrafted jewellery, as well as co-founder and CEO of the Darono textile furnishings company. The design brand, which stands out for its use of a special fibre and manual execution techniques, exports over 90% of its products and is present in 19 countries. Since 2016, Catarina Carvalho has also been the manager of Letheshome Apartments and a business developer at Vianatece Artesanato e Tecelagem.
She attended the Economics course at the Porto Faculty of Economics and the 9th Postgraduate course in Tourism and Hotel Management at Porto Business School.
